理化性質：白色或淡黃色固狀物，溶于乙醇和熱水，與陽離子、非離子、兩性表面活性劑有良好的配伍性，忌與陰離子表面活性劑同浴使用。不宜在120℃以上長時間加熱。耐酸、耐堿，具有優良的穩定性、表面活性和生物降解性。
